Do you only work in Ahmedabad and Gujarat?+
No. We are based in Ahmedabad, but we are available for projects anywhere in India. For sites outside Gujarat, we plan the visit in advance and include travel in the quotation — just let us know your location when you enquire.
What documentation do we get after the job is complete?+
Every installation is followed by an earth resistance test using a calibrated tester. The readings, electrode details, and test method are documented in writing and handed over to you — this is what you need for CEA compliance and any future electrical inspection.
How long does a typical installation take?+
A single electrode installation for a residential or small commercial site usually takes half a day. Larger systems with multiple electrodes or a full lightning protection system can take 1–3 days depending on scope. We confirm the exact timeline in the written quotation before starting.
What are your payment terms?+
We provide a detailed written quotation before any work begins, so the full price is agreed upfront with no surprises. For installation jobs, our standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on completion.
Can you handle annual testing for a system someone else installed?+
Yes. We regularly test and certify existing earthing systems regardless of who installed them. If resistance has risen above acceptable limits, we will tell you exactly what is needed to fix it — additional electrode, compound replenishment, or connection repair.
Is there a minimum job size?+
No. We take on single-electrode residential jobs and testing-only visits just as seriously as large industrial installations. Every job gets the same standard of documentation and IS 3043 compliance.
Do you supply materials only, without installation?+
Yes. If you have your own installation team, we can supply IS-specification copper bonded rods, GI/copper strip, earthing compound, clamps, and inspection chambers directly. We are happy to advise on quantities and specification even if we are not doing the installation.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?+
Yes. An AMC covers annual resistance testing, compound replenishment, and connection checks under a single yearly agreement, so your compliance stays current without you having to remember to book a visit. Ask us for AMC pricing when you enquire.
